Wine Club

We have created a new way to share wines from the Woodrose Winery collection with you.  Our wines range from refreshing whites and full-bodied red wines to our expanding line of rosés and unique blends.  Each wine will further your appreciation and experience of fine Texas wines.

Woodrose winery offers a distinct personal experience and an unmatched quality in the heart of a budding wine industry. We have the luxury of producing interesting and exciting blends in exclusive quantities. As a club member, you will receive shipments four times a year of pre-release, newly released, or specially blended wines.  

Membership is free, but an optional, one-time $25 membership fee entitles you to a Woodrose Winery embroidered polo shirt and estate glassware with your enrollment.

Member privileges include:

• Free tastings and tours for four on each visit to our tasting room
• A 15% discount on any purchase
• Intimate tasting notes from the winemakers
• Gourmet Woodrose Winery recipes to pair with our wines
• Invitations to exclusive member events including dinners, barrel futures, new release and bottling parties

The wine will be shipped at the times of year that are most appropriate for shipping wine.  We want you to receive your wine in its optimum condition.  You will be notified prior to each shipment and given the opportunity to pick up your wine rather than having it shipped.  If you do not pick up your wine on the designated pick-up day, we will automatically ship it to you to avoid any delays.  Remember that you must be 21 years of age and present at the time of delivery to receive a shipment.  You may wish to receive wine shipments at your work address for a convenient delivery. 

You will be billed $55.00 to $75.00 per shipment of two or three bottles plus a maximum of $14.00 shipping charge. Size of the shipment will be determined by the types of wine being shipped.   

Limited gift memberships are available as well:

• Three month membership for $65 plus shipping costs
• A six-month membership for $150 plus shipping costs
• A year membership for $250 plus shipping costs

At the time of gift membership purchase, a card will be sent to the recipient to let them know that they will be receiving shipment(s) of wine from the Woodrose Winery wine club.

We will contact you when your credit card expiration date is approaching.  Please let us know when you need to make any changes to your membership details such as credit card information or a change of address. 

Cancellation policy:  Membership must be cancelled in writing (email, fax or snail mail) and may be cancelled at any time.  You will be required to pay for any shipments that have been completed.  Should you choose to rejoin at a later date, a new joining fee will be required.  Joining fees will not be refunded. 

Privacy Policy: All credit card information will be kept strictly confidential.  Membership lists will never be sold or traded.
