2007 Three Dog White - A golden blend of Sauvignon
Blanc, Chardonnay, and Viognier aged in oak for 7 months then
blended Woodrose style. This well balanced trio puts forth a
floral nose without overpowering the creamy, barrel aged finish.

2008 Blanc du Bois - Aged “Sur-Lie” for 2 months in
American Oak. A seductive bouquet of melon, kiwi, candied pear,
and fig. On the palate it exudes brown sugar, passion fruit,
ripe pear, and green apple notes. Pairs well with poultry, cream
based sauces, baked fish and even sushi. Also great as an
aperitif.

couldn’t stretch after seven innings, and there would be seven
brothers waiting at the altar. Would it be coincidence that the

2005 Merlot
- This is the first time that we have put this Merlot back on
the market. A nice soft, buttery merlot with notes of Black
plum, and dark berries, hints of cedar and vanilla make this an

2007 Merlot - Hendricks Vineyard -This peppery Merlot
is bright with the ripe berry flavors and a hint of licorice on
the finish. Tony Hendricks has grown merlot exclusively for
Woodrose Winery for the past four years. This versatile wine
could be served with beef, chicken, lamb and various pasta
dishes. We found fresh rosemary really compliments this wine.

blended 49% Cabernet Sauvignon and 51% Syrah to make an elegant

Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from our own vines on site in
Stonewall, Texas. We produce this very special wine in small

- This Syrah block is grown and hand picked at the Lindig Family
Vineyard in Stonewall, Texas just 2 miles down the road from the
winery. A medium bodied wine which boasts blueberry and soft

2008 Lone Barrel Reserve- What to do with the Lone
Barrel? After double stacking and racking all of our Merlot, we
were left with one lone barrel. The decision was made to blend
the Merlot with Our Tempranillo and thus the “Lone Barrel Blend”
was created. This blend has a nose of black cherry and soft
touches of cedar. Dark berries with a bold finish, and hints of
peppers.

Its suitable as an after dinner drink, with chocolate, or just
